Spellfire gloves/robes/belt, the level 70 nemesis recolor, looks like a blood elf bandit mask (not sure you can transmog those) and the staff from Jaraxxus.

No stats on the blood elf bandit mask, I'd be very surprised if you could transmogg it since the initial FAQ's said only things with stats will get the option to be copied for transmogg (barring a few absurd items like brooms and fish)
