That looks really cool. I can probably pinpoint the gear with the exception of the chest and sword -- which two are those? o_O

I had planned on simply using my tier 10 and assorted Icecrown Citadel pieces when 4.3 goes live for nostalgia purposes, but the creativity in this topic has me wondering if I can figure out something more interesting.

Got everything but the shield atm. It doesn't want to drop. Any ideas for a replacement? Also, I'll probably be using the 1h axe from the new dungeon, so a good axe/shield combo idea for this set would be appreciated.

The shield took forever for me to get as well. As for the axe, Axe of the Legion comes to mind. I'll add others if I think of them. Nice set, btw.

Any word on if T4 pvp items are being re-introduced? Boots/belt are a pain to get from PvE (random blech) so would be a nice alternative.

I guess I figured out how to look fabulous as a paladin.

Wear T13, or T12. They look totally badass.

T11 is fine as well.

The rest is either low-resolution shit from vanilla/bc (1 exception: T2) or totally not paladinish/bad looking stuff from WotLK.

T7 looked paladin'ish, t8 looked paladin'ish, t9 looked VERY paladin'ish (both versions) and t10 was a freaking crusader set.

Add to that list S1, S5, S6 and S7 off set pieces, and all S3 sets and off pieces.
If any of this has been implemented in the PTR, then I have been unable to find the correct vendor.

P.D. I know that S5, S6, and S7 off pieces drop from Archavon, Emalon and Koralon, but it is easier to get a legendary to drop, than getting ppl to kill them and then getting the piece you want.

There are several cloaks that match that identically, including a quest cloak from Swamp of Sorrows. I had already completed the quest and vendored the reward, so I had a guildy make me a Cloak of the Black Void, which is also identical to this. The pattern a rare random BC drop.

I have a full T1 suit ready for my heal set, and the T1 - level 70 red recolor ready for my Ret & Pally sets. I have a matching weapon for each weapon type I can equip as well ready.

Greaves of Sullen Earth & Triton Legplates are both the same model/color.

Sullen Earth is a random world drop and the Triton Legs are from Neptulon's Cache; Throne of Tides normal.

Word is that on the PTR Blizzard has readded S1,2,3,5,6,7 back on some PVP vendors. Also the PVP version of the T4 set has a slightly different color, so make sure it's what you want to complete the set.

Plated Tauren are SO HARD to look good. I'm having better luck with mail and leather.

Yes and no. You cannot learn to make them, but you can have them made from someone who learned to make them before Cataclysm. But finding someone on your realm who has the ability to make them will be rather difficult. So you will probably have to go with look #2, which is unfortunate because your first choice looks really good on a male tauren. I do like your second choice, though I am personally not a fan of those shoulders.
