I'm more worried about the time than the money. How am I supposed to find the time to spend on all the goodies that are about to get released and still be able to keep my job!?
I don't think I will buy any of those... Half the games I have bought in the last 2 years have got less than 2 hours /played before getting bored. In some cases even Installed then not even played at all.
Dead island.
Skyrim
BF3
Gw2(Depending on date release still)
But this is my list so far.

I feel ya, Ive dodged a lot of titles past few years, and I just watch play throughs, and after those I am like"Glad I didn't buy it, would've played it once, then quit"
Gears of War 3
halo CE the aniversary edition
Warhammer 40K space marine
possible diablo 3
The only game on that list that I might buy is Diablo 3. It seems that my wallet is safe.
I might be buying BF3 just to have a shooter I can play while I also have Diablo 3, otherwise I'm probably gonna stay away from SWTOR, even though I'm a big fan. MMO's take way too much time to be competitive
I know this is about November, but Disgaea 4 is coming out in September and Rage is releasing in October; Q4 is going to be so jam-packed with games I don't know what I'm going to play.
Also, Skyrim hands down gets my money first.

I have but one thing to say...
SKYRIM SKYRIM SKYRIM!!!!
not buying until I hear some unbiased review.
Kenny gona die tonight!!!
None on your list interest me, it's more like, "Meh, I'll probably try out Skyrim."
For me Skyward Sword and Mario 3DS. TY pls.
TES - Skyrim - 11 / 11: Worth $20 at most. Every game Bethesda puts out is good but unfinished/buggy/terrible NPC behavior.
Modern Warfare 3 - 8 / 11: Worth $15 at most. Activision/Treyarch absolutely suck. It's a bunch of 40 year olds riding on Infinity Ward's coat tails to release their annual blockbuster title. They don't deserve anyone's patronage. They have no artistic drive, terrible customer support, and you can bet that new feature, what was it, Call of Duty: Elite? Yeah. I bet you that's going to be subscription based, because that's what Kotick wants more than anything.
Star Wars - The Old Republic - POSSIBLY November: Prob not worth playing at all. Star Wars is a dead IP, what can I say. Star Wars was impressive for its era, but doesn't hold up to the test of time very well at all. MMO developers leap at IPs like this (and Warhammer, Conan, etc) because it's less work than developing your own IP. Cutting corners in the MMO industry = fail.
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception - 1 / 11: Worth $10 at most. Typical flashy blockbuster title lacking substance. Derivative features made to seem "new," etc etc.
Assassin's Creed Revelations - 15 / 11: Worth $20 at most. Ubisoft is another company that makes good games that could have been great. AC2 and Brotherhood both suffered from late-beta worthy bugs and too many control hitches. Furthermore, they put all their emphasis on environment and cool animations. They attempt a cinematic movie presentation, but in the end it all rubs off being a little cheesy due to bad accents and models not fit for cinematic use. Also, NPC behaviors are logically inconsistent and easy to abuse. A guard can't climb walls and execute big jumps when he's chasing you, but as soon as he drops aggro he becomes an assassin acrobat, just like you.
Honestly anyone who spends $60 on a game that lacks real polish (which all of the above will, make no mistake) is simply wasting cash. I'll wait until they are 75% off on steam. And by "They" I mean Skyrim and ACR, because the rest will barely be worth a rental. Big names in a big industry with big budgets and big price tags, but not big value.
The only non-Blizzard title worth a $60 pricetag coming out in the next few months I can think of off the top of my head is Rage.

I have no idea, I just know the home console versions have Casino Night taken out for use as a pre-order bonus.
I do remember hearing somewhere though that the home versions would have levels based off of like the Genesis/Dreamcast and other home system Sonic games while they were thinking about making the 3DS version having levels based off the portables games like on Game Gear/GBA/DS. I hope they stick to this plan, would love to see a remake of the train level from Sonic Triple Trouble and a remake of the level music for the one Game Gear game that used the intro music from Sonic CD.
