Not sure what tier it is, but it's the Holy Pally gear from Blackwing Descent and The Bastion of Twilight, I'm just missing the helm.
Also obligatory Hailstorm (w/ Mongoose) and Barricade of Eternity.

The set from the head-down is the DK T11 set. I'm not sure what the helm is, though. Obviously he's using lookalikes and not the actual set pieces, but just click on the set pieces, go to the "same model as" tab and you can see what non-set pieces have the same appearance.

shoulders-Heaving Plates of Protection boe-bought from ah
chest-Battleplate of Ancient Kings-atramedes bwd 25 normal.
gloves-brilliant saronite gauntlets,boe,bought from ah.
belt-verdungo's barbarian cord,bought from vendor in dalaran with gold.
pants-sky strider graves from al akir 25 normal also drop from atramede 25 normal.
boots-rock furrow boots-bought from orgrimmar/stormwind old justice vendors.

Does Alliance have an equivalent to that chest? Horde has the leather-oggrimar grunt chest, but is there anything similar obtainable from quests or anything?

If I remember right, I wanted this to be full DK T13, but hadn't gotten all the JP I needed yet, and assembled this from "dregs" I had of then-incomplete sets. Just looking in my bags, I threw together DK T8 25M(head, gloves, legs and boots), DK T13 N(shoulders and belt), and a MoP LFR Garalon DK T14 gownless chest I had. Didn't have a second two-hander at the time I was playing, so I didn't use this set(I was SMF, like everyone else). It sort of reminds me of an updated TG non-T3 version of one of the Warrior trash mobs in Naxxramas.

I think it ended up more interesting than just using one set. I'm sure there's T15/16 items and WoD items that would fit better, but I didn't go looking.

I'm gonna switch to a warrior for legion so I've created some sets which are rather similar. they just vary based on the chest pieces:
