Addon Question ( swifty uses it )

Hey guys I have a question:

I've seen a swifty video a few days ago in which he was playing arena and there was a voice saying "Intercept overpower" and so on - it wasnt him so I guess he has an addon which tells him the spells he used ( or his enemy used ) anyone has an idea?
