About <Climax>:
We are a competitive Alliance raiding guild on US-Kael'thas. Our current raiding schedule is: Sunday;Monday;Tuesday;Wednesday 7:30-10:30pm Central time.


We are currently looking to expand our roster for firelands and have openings for exceptional players to join our 10man progression team.

High Demand:

★Healers★
- Resto Shaman - Ele/Enh offspec is a plus.
- holy/disc priest - viable shadow offspec is a plus

★Ranged DPS★
--Hunter
-- Balance Druid(Resto offspec is a huge plus)
--Mage


*If your class/spec isn't listed, feel free to fill out an application anyways as we are always looking to add exceptional players to the guild.

Our Expectations:

Gear:
If you are a cross-server applicant we would prefer that you have at least raid ready gear. If you are from kael'thas then gear isn't as much of an issue, but your gear should reflect that you have done as much as possible with what raiding is available to you. If you have a raiding member of the guild that can reference you an exceptional player, it is also a very big plus. Applicants should make sure to be logged out in their PvE mainspec gear when applying.


-T11 hardmode experience is a PLUS.
-We expect everyone to be at optimal efficiency for all raids, progression and non. Please be up to date on your spec, gems, enchants, glyphs etc.
-Vent/DBM(or equivalent bossmod) required.


We're seeking players who seldom make mistakes and who do not require their hand to be held through encounters. We understand that mistakes happen, but it is important to learn from them and not repeat them. You will be expected to come to raids fully prepared, and with the desire to succeed. Raiders are expected to know as much as possible about a fight before even stepping into the instance.

If there's something you don't understand about a strategy on a fight, ask for clarification, don't just sit back and expect to be carried through encounters.


On a side note: We are looking for good players, But we are also looking for players that we would enjoy raiding for multiple hours with. No matter how good you are, if the 9 other people in the raid dislike you it would diminish the environment for the team and that is not what we are looking for. We provide a fun atmosphere for our raiders and we are looking for more that can help us provide that.
