Destro ' Prio '

So, I am forced to play Destro on Rag HC due to Shadowfury/Burst on Sons and Replenishment, however in all honesty I haven't properly played Destruction since TBC so I don't fully understand the mathematics behind it.

In a situation where I have to sacrifice 1 second of something to obtain another, what are my priorities?

For example, ISF or Immo?
ISF or Conflag?
Getting 3 Incin/Chaos' in after a Conflag at the cost of ISF when Backdraft would drop if I chose the ISF option?

Basically, what are my priorities as Destruction?

ISF above all else. In regards to what your asking all those should be eliminated with practice. I haven't played desto since T11 but the same should still apply. I ran into similar situations when I played the spec and was able to overcome them by becoming more familiar with the spec and thinking a few spells ahead (which anyone should be doing anyways). In all honesty demo is the better spec for Rag if you can find the replenishment.
