Hello there,

Let me tell you a little about us,
We migrated to Kazzak from a pretty dead realm, for raiding purpose.
We have a few vanilla players in the guild, who all know there classes and know what's happening on there screen.
Most of us who allready have a stable position within the guild have 3/7
experience in Fire Lands. We have potential for better progress but our old realm
was to dead for this. We are enjoying the new realm wich is awesome compared to the old one.

We are aiming to become a serious raiding guild with a social environment.
We are aiming for a full clear on normal mode and hitting heroic modes when the time is right.
Dedicated players are more valuable to us then someone with a 7/7 achievement.
We will mainly be doing PvE content but a few of us in the guild enjoy doing arena too.
At the moment the recruitment is going very well, and we are hoping that dropping
a recruitment message on these forums will get us some dedicated players.

The classes/specc's we are missing atm are as follow:
Death Knight - All specc's
Druid - Boomkin/Feral dps
Paladin - Retri(with holy os)
Warlock - Demonology
Mage - Fire (Although any skilled player is welcome)
Shamman - All specc's

We have the most healing/tank spots filled.

What we ask from people that are gonna apply are:
- Some relevant raiding experience wich shows that you are capable of making the right decisions in a raid environment.
- Also you need to be able to take on positive criticism and have an open mind towards learning new things.
- We dont have age restriction, but a mature attitude is required.
- Doing research on your class/role is also needed, we need you to be the best you can.
- Also doing research on boss encouters in required, you need to know what is happening and is about to happen.
- Using addons is needed, DBM/Omen/Timer addons for spells,boss ability's etc. Also you need to be able to process al this information.

I hope for some positive apply's coming in soon. We have a testrun plannend for next week to test our current setup.
Spots will certainly open up and also be filled because we are still new on the realm and we need to find out who the dedicated players are.
