[Admins] What anti spam service(s) are you running?

I'm a Super Mod over at another forum and as you can imagine, being a heavily populated forum like this one, one tends to attract a LOT of spam. After the spambots cracked our Captcha last year, we installed Spam-o-Matic, but that seems to be broken with recent update to VB 4.something. What systems do you guys have in place to eliminate spam? It's getting pretty god damn tedious having to move several thousand spam posts a day to a holding thread while I wait for an admin to fix the plugin and I'd like to implement something else.

It's TypePad AntiSpam; seems to work pretty well. There's also a restriction on number of posts before links; that's a separate plugin.
