3. General information

Circus was formed from an old core of raiders that are raiding together from Vanilla days, to prove to the WoW Romanian community that it's possible to have a national guild with high-end progress, but as the time passed we realized the community doesn't care to much about this so we decided to open our recruitment to all the nationalities, looking forward to offer a professional hardcore medium for raiding to our raiders and our new recruits.
The guild under its current name, Circus has been around for more than half a year, since it's inception it was established with PVE progress in mind and so far we are very happy with our success.
Our average age is around 25, we are people with jobs, families and lives beside WoW, so if you are looking for 7 days a week raiding or 10 hour raids you're in the wrong place.
4. Raiding Schedule (Server time GMT+1)
We raid 5 days a week during progression, from Sunday to Thursday with Friday / Saturday free. We start at 19:30 server time (CET) and raid until midnight. We might sometimes push it past midnight because of that 3% wipe, but these will be rare cases.
We are looking for players that can maintain at least 80% attendance to raids, we are NOT recruiting for the bench, and all our raiders are being rotated in. Obviously, you need to know how to gear / gem / enchant, how to spec, how to run out of the fire, to sum it up, you need an IQ over 50.
The closer to 100% attendance, the better, during progression and farm. That way less people will have to be geared up, and less people need to be educated during progression.
Quality raiders with a strong team spirit will always feel rewarded in our community.
Constant whining is another thing we're not fans of, especially if it's about the good old topics: loot / benching. We are looking for a roster or 30-35 raiders, so you will have to sit at one point or another. Of course as a trial you will raid most of the time so we can evaluate your performance.
When you read this and think "hey, I'd like to join them", please turn on your combat log in your next raid and have it ready with your application. WoL / WWS logs will increase your chances to be accepted exponentially.
6. Tips for a successful apply
1. Maxing your character with the best professions, consumables, craftables is an absolute must.
2. Do not rush your application, filling open questions with 1 word answers is not the way to go.
3. You will most likely be questioned in your application thread, this is because we want to know and understand more about you and your character.
4. Good attitude, attendance, performance is what distinguishes you between trialist and raider.
5. If your internet connection is unreliable, you should stop reading. If your computer shuts down every 2 hours, we don’t want you.
6. This is most likely your first and only impression to our guild, be sure to make it worth our time.
7. Your application will sometimes be finalized in a Ventrilo interview by the officers.
