Keep in mind that you need a matching dagger because you won't be dual-wielding hailstorm if blizzard keeps its item-design and transmogrify-rules.

Try the crafted LW frostsaber set with along with the crafted golden mantle of the dawn shoulders and the mask of the unforgiven from regular stratholme, add a white cloak and win, sorry, can't link yet .

Blizzard's rules of transmogrification include that you can't change weapon types.
The title of your post says "hailstormS", that's why I assumed you hope you could dual wield Hailstorm.
But it's very likely that we'll still be running around with daggers in our offhand in 4.3, if they don't change the rules or there's some odd fast sword in 4.3.

Tbh, id really dislike seeing my rogue in a Dress. It just doesn't fit the class at all.

Ok wtf are those boots the rogue is using for the visual retrospective tier 6? They're not tier 6 boots and I swear the BT boots aren't red but blue'ish.

It's the best add-on for all transmogrification-issues. Scrolling through all available models out there, with their respective effects is amazing.
