Raid times i'm available for:

Sunday = work day can't raid
Monday = Anytime
Tuesday = Anytime
Wednesday = Anytime
Thursday = Anytime
Friday = Anytime
Saturday = work day can't raid

Guild i am currently in is decent but has a lot of bad seeds in the roster that are holding progress way back and there is no intention of replacing them because of them being rl friends of the raid leader.

I am looking for a decent guild full of people that know how to play this game at a competitive level.

<Dystopia> is an semi-hardcore level 25 Horde raiding guild on the US-Spinebreaker (PvP) server. We are currently running 10-mans, but are recruiting to progress into 25 mans. We were founded on April 1st, 2011, and we maintain around 100 accounts in the guild. We generally always have multiple people online, and we're a very active guild. The age of our members ranges from 16 to mid 20s, however all of our members are expected to act mature. While we like to play around, being dumb is just annoying.

What You Can Expect From Us
We offer a progression-minded raid environment. We continually make sure that each of our raiders is performing at the top of their game and those who are found to be under performing are asked to step up their game in a constructive manner. Our intent is not to embarrass, but to help improve. While we do like to have fun in between bosses, during trash pulls, on off nights and etc., we know when it's time to get down to business and be serious. On off nights, we offer things like Rated Battlegrounds, Heroic runs, alt runs, achievement runs through old content, as well as multiple guild Arena Teams.

What We Expect From You
We expect first and foremost that you know how to play your class at a proficient level. We can get you the gear you need, we can help you with enchants, but skill can't be "taught." Skill has to be there. Secondly, we need you to be open to constructive criticism and also be willing to recognize if you're under performing and seek help if you are unable to acquire it on your own. We also require that you are a mature player who likes to have fun and be silly when appropriate. We want to make sure before you get here that you are a player that we will have fun spending at least 12 hours a week with. We also prefer that you are a player who is typically online for more than just to raid - it's no fun to raid with someone that logs in for the raid, logs out afterwards, and then is not seen until the next raid.

General Guild Policies
1. Harassment will NOT be tolerated. If we receive a report of harassment by one of our guild members, we will investigate the issue, and it will typically result in immediate removal from the guild.
2. You represent the guild as a whole. As such, when playing on any character that has our guild tag under its name, you are expected to obey all Blizzard policies and do what you know is right. If we find out that you have been misrepresenting the guild in a negative light, you will be warned the first time, and the second time will result in immediate removal from the guild.
3. We try to maintain a drama-free environment. As such, anyone who is found to be causing drama or any sort of problems will first be given a warning, and then be removed from the guild.

Raiding With Us
1. We are a tight-knit group of raiders. We have a set group that we plan on going in with every night, and these people are our Raiders. When our Raiders are unavailable for some reason, those people at the lower ranks will be pulled in. Those that are not a part of our "main progression" group are welcomed to join the alt-raids that we have scheduled each Thursday.
2. Only main characters are allowed in the raid. Depending on raid composition, however, the raid leader or role leader may request that you bring an alt in order to have a better group (e.g. we don't have enough healers for the night and you have a healer alt).
3. We use a Loot Council system to distribute loot in our 25 mans. Factors that we look at when determining winners are: size of upgrade, overall performance, dedication to guild, and very rarely rank.
4. Raiders are expected to keep 90% attendance.
