Dusting off my shaman to start healing. Help?

Hey guys. As the title says, I'm dusting off my shaman to start healing in BG's and maybe even do some 2's once and again. I haven't played my shaman since 4.0.6 hit, and even then I mostly played enhancement. I need some advice on, well I guess how to be decent? I did a few randoms last night, and we kept getting facerolled, as well as me being not the best healer. So are there any tips you guys can throw me? Maybe even a guide you've found, 'cause I sure can't find one, only videos, and im not a visual learner.
