my dps has gotten worse since 4.2

casual player - prior to 4.2 was regularly doing 10-12k in ilvl 346 gear in 5 mans - since 4,2 my avg ilvl is 356 and I can't break 10k and most fights I'm at 8.5-9 k - I haven't changed my rotation or anything - would appreciate some constructive advice

Reforge to haste instead of crit, after hit.
Gem full int in shoulders, gloves, waist (missing belt buckle), feet, ..
Use Burning Shadow Spirit Diamond.
Enchant your weapon with Power Torrent.

Reforge mastery -> hit/haste Critt -> hit/haste
yellow gems -> int + haste
try replacing moonwell chalice to stump of time / soul casket

No, seriously, they fixed the glyph of imp in 4.2 and destro dropped a solid 2-3k+ in dps.
