[Ret] How could i improve my equip?

I still have to enchant 2 pieces of equip; after reaching all caps (hit and exp with glyph), i reforged my equip to raise as much mastery as possible, i have about 38.8%. Is this correct?

I heard that now haste is not so bad, but i will need a toon to reach the 3 seconds Crusader strike...

Any suggestion? All comments appreciated ^_^
