Won't start in safe mode :(

Tried to boot up my computer, Windows XP starts loading with the blue bar, takes forever, then the screen just sits in black. I tried to boot in safe mode, and it won't even boot up through that. VGA mode doesn't work either. I took out and cleaned graphics card, switched RAM, checked motherboard. I don't know what else to do besides reinstall Windows with a boot CD (which I don't have btw, and don't want to go though that hassle).

Had the same problem and I dont even have possibility to boot from cd. Ive created bootable usb device and used it to reinstall windows. Works well, for now.
