    [A] Frostmane/Decipher 25M 2/7H LFM Late night raiding

    Decipher is a late night 25 man raiding guild located on Alliance, Frostmane. Our raid times consist of the following:

    Monday through Thursday: 9pm PST till midnight.

    Progression:
    7/7 Normal
    2/7 Heroic: Shannox, Rhyolith

    Decipher is an established Alliance guild that has been around since The Burning Crusade. We are considered semi-hardcore, but all our members maintain a near perfect attendance record. We are all real people, with real jobs and as such have created a raiding environment that is consistent both in level of maturity as well as being progression oriented.

    What we expect from new applicants:
    1. Dual Spec capable. Being able to play both your main and off spec efficiently.
    2. Have a mic, being able to use a mic, and be able to communicate effectively.
    3. Stable internet with a computer able to handle graphics in 25 man raid setting.
    4. Willing and able to make 90%+ of all raids. While we understand that real life can sometimes get in the way, we still ask for near perfect attendance, especially during your trial phase. If you have no intention of making raids on time or all raids in general, you need not apply.
    5. Respectful and mature. We do not tolerate drama in any form. In general we do not accept applications from players still in High School. Willing to make exceptions based on player maturity.

    Elemental / Resto

    Holy

    Hunter:
    MM / Survival

    Players showing proficiency in desired classes will have immediate up-time. We generally raid with a limited roster, usually only 2-4 on the bench at any given .
