Help Overclocking CPU

Hello, was going to try dabbling in overclocking the CPU of an old comp i have laying around, its an HP xw6400 Workstation
couldn't find anything to suggest i can use the bios like most people would, so i looked for a software alternative and came across clockgen, problem is its asking for a PLL? (phase locked loop)

tried scouring the net to find mine....but nothing, so now i turn to the MMO-champ community to enlighten a fool!
will provide all specs i can think of that might be needed

Processor: Intel Xeon CPU 5140 @ 2.33GHz
Ram: 4gb DDR2 (pass on model, will check later)
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series
OS: 32 bit Windows 7 ultimate (64 bit capable but i cba re-installing to quite possibly kill it :P)
HDD again pass :S /nublet.....its 600GB
Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard 0A04h

so yeh any feedback will be awesome and if i missed anything please ask ^^
