    Ryolith is easy but annoying.
Alyzrazor is rather easy, though theres a lot going on. As long as you can focus for 15 minutes its cake.

Baleroc is the first "challenging one". Big DPS and Healing-check with some RNG with the Countdowns.
Beth is a major healing-check... Though once your healers can handle it if you have the DPS for Baleroc this should be cake as well.
    If you have a fire mage it's 8-9 minutes, not 15 ;p

Shannox/Domo, Rhyolith, Alysrazor, Baleroc, Beth, Rag.

Mechanically Alysrazor is as easy as Shannox and Domo but it requires your people not fucking up for a longer period of time so that's why its generally not as easy as the first 3. The problem with Domo being fairly easy is his location in the instance, so you have to guess how much time it might take you to do it so that you don't leave yourself too much leftover raid time after killing him and normal Rag.

The way to shorten Alysrazor is how many people you send up. When learning it we just had 1 (fire mage) but at this point we have 2 full time fliers (usually mage, spriest) and then send a 3rd person up for part of each phase, we generally get it to 20% or less after 1 burn then kill it in the air following that.
