Raid Finder....I wish...

I know that the upcoming Raid Finder has been on a lot of people's minds lately, and I wanted to throw in my two cents. When I first heard about the Raid Finder being implemented, I had my own hopes. I personally enjoy getting achievements, it's something I've always enjoyed since starting wow. I was hoping that the Raid Finder could be used to go back and do old raids. It's very difficult to find people to run an old raid like Ulduar or ToC or BT etc etc. However, it looks like Blizzard has already addressed this and said it would only be used for current content. Was anyone else hoping to be able to use it for old raids, or am I alone in this?

I can see this being implemented later on.

While they have said that it would initially be just for current raids, I have read at least one blue saying that they are not opposed to expanding it in the future.
