<Consequence> 7/7 6/7 HC 25 man, is currently looking for additions to our team.
High attendance and experience is paramount
we are particularly interested in the following classes this will consolidate the guild to max potential -
(Exceptional applications only) With good experience within firelands and past expansions
Even if your class is full, extremely good applications will be taken serious and into consideration
All exceptional applications will be considered but we are looking for high level of gear and experience
If your not active or dedicated in progression please do not apply.
Our aim is
we do not mass recruit players of substandard quality. Our main objective is to maintain good and stable 25 team to work as a unit and progress, we test new players out before taking new ones on see how they shape up and contribute to the raid and guild.
Important things that you need to consider before applying are:
Your expected be extremely mature and have the ability to deal with often-harsh comments. You had best be able to take constructive criticism, without feeling the need to answer back. This obviously goes for everyone even officers after all we are only human.
You need to know when to talk, and when to be quiet. Spamming vent during a pull will get you muted. There's a time, and a place. During the pull/fight is not the place.
Working vent and microphone is required.
Raids
This is our normal raiding times:
Monday: 20:00 - 23:30
Tuesday: 20:00 - 23:30
Wednesday: 20:00 - 23:30
Thursday: 20:00 - 23:30 server time
All raiders are expected to be on line at 19.45 prepared and ready for invites
All raiders are to sign up on the guild calendar to notify the raid leader of attendance or absence failure to do this will bring consequences
Loot distribution
we're using a DKP-system.
What do we expect of you?
* To keep a mature and low profile. Most of our players range between the age of 20 and 45 so be warned strong language is sometimes used and some have an odd sense of humor
* Be a dedicated raider and have the ambition to progress through new content. Loot whoring will not be tolerated (think of others)
* Be able to take constructive criticism and act mature.
* Think of how you conduct yourself outside of guild raids bad attitude to wards others will not be tolerated
