[H] Deus Invictus 10man Draenor recruiting (SWEDISH)
Deus Invictus is a 100% swedish guild and we are only looking for swedish players to join our ranks.
Deus Invictus is a newly formed guild aiming to progress quickly through firelands with our core team were trying to set up now.
It's formed by three peoples who got alot of previous PvE endgame experience, we have all played actively since level 60.
What we will offer you is structured raids with mature and experienced players who will carefully go through raid tactics during every encounter, we will also make sure it's a great guildspirit and everyone feels comfortable. We also support everyone with feasts and flasks during raids. We are using Ventrilo for communication.
What we do not tolerate is people with bad attitude and whining that's bringing down other players. We do neither tolerate people with bad temper who can't take a wipe and criticsm.
We are currently recruiting mostly everything for our 10man team except a holy paladin, resto shaman and protection warrior.
We got high expectations on our guild so therefore we set high demands on our players who wish to join our guild. Were looking for exceptionell, dedicated and mature players which is 100% familiar with their class and got alot of PvE experience in the past.
We are mainly checking that you got great experience with raiding rather than awesome gear but both is ofc a plus.
We are only accepting peoples with the age over at least 18.
We expect our members to always come prepared for raids both gearwise with correct enchants/reforging/gems etc to maximize their performance and be mentally focused because we are searching for peoples which is able to focus 100% during raids from the beginning to the end.
Since it's a new guild we understand it's a huge challenge to become very successful but we will do everything in our power to make it go the right way. Failure is not an option.
Once we have recruited the required classes for our 10man team we will start raiding immediately but we will make sure the players we recruit are meeting up to those requirements we have.
Our raiding days and times are:
Wednesday: 19:00-23:00
Thursday: 19:00-23:00
Monday: 19:00-23:00
