They are pretty good at advertising but thinking the game will actually play like that is just...eh they can make parts better then what it actually will be, but come to playing this game people will realize its the same exact thing if they don't catch it during the trailers.

I shall do a quick run down for you

1) Call of duty series was made popular because of its unique levelling and achievement game play. Mw2 was very similar. Black ops came along and messed all of that up saying "join the smallest map *nuke town*, boost to max level and have everything pre unlocked". What happened to the "get 250 head shots for fall camo"? Im almost certain mw3 will be similar to black ops in the way you use currency again, and while its not certain, the "success" of it in black ops leads me to believe it will be a part of call of duty for a long long time

2) COD4 was the best COD of them all. Why? because it wasn't too unfair, kill streaks where not too overpowered, and while the guns where almost balanced, it still felt like it needed a certain degree of skill to actually kill someone. Mw2 came along and messed that up, Guns had no recoil at all, perks and kill streaks where just way to overpowered and the same happened in black ops, which again leads me to believe it will be exactly the same in mw3.

3) the whole point in releasing a SEQUEL to a game is to improve on the original. Looking at the trailer, nothing has been improved. At the moment we can only take into the visual account but when you take Bad company 2 (2010) and battlefield 3 (2011), the game has massively improved and this is just by looking at the trailer. I see no improvments from Mw2 (2009) to Mw3 (2011) which is a year more then EA.

No matter what company is making the next COD. Activison is in charge, all they want is your money and now they saw that black ops made insane amounts of money, We can only pray they go off course from the black ops line and try and give us something new for the 1st time in 3 years

I was a COD fan, i know how you feel in saying "i know ill enjoy it". I said the same about black ops, went to the release day and picked up a copy on the same day, got home, popped it into my steam account, 1 hour later i was dissapointed, will I feel the same about mw3? yes probably. Will you? Most prob but you wont admit this since you just wasted 60 USD on a mod someone could have made FREE for black ops if activision kept their word and released the mod tools for black ops.

All that trailer told me It looked like a-expansion pack for mw 2 & makes It mw 2.5

Never been so annoyed looking/vieiwing a trailer, but hey, I should of expected this.
I partially blame Activision now, I now blame that disgusting developer "Robert Bowling" How crap of a dev do you have to be to copy/paste a exact carbon copy of the Crysis 2 game mode of TDM, and turn It into "Kill".

Note: I understand people borrow Ideas, but I'm ignorant to say I couldn't care In this case, these kinds of moments make me happy with the choice of a 2nd hand copy.

Sweet jesus, here is an example of some people's logic in this thread.
-Cod trailer comes out- "Oooh, I know! Instead of actually watching this trailer and comparing it with previous versions to see what's different, or take any interest in it altogether and carry on with my stupidly harsh prejudice, I'll just hate on it and mention a different game! Great idea me!"
