Mashan

When I created my shaman years ago, I intended for him to go Enhancement. I knew I would be using the 1h mace heirlooms, so I would not be hacking or slashing or cutting or stabbing my way through the enemies. I would MASH them. Adding -an sounded like a good idea to me at the time and it was only when I reached level 70+ that someone pointed it out for me; Mashan = Shaman with a few letters switched around. I honestly didn't see it until then.

To me, there are no really awesome names that just perfectly fits a class. It's all about the personal relationship with the charactername and why the name was picked. Pallypwr may be fun for the person who has a paladin named that, but it's not exactly making me excited. Shammyrock, just to mention the above poster, is in the same category for me. I'm not saying Mashan is better (or worse) than those two examples, but to me it is. To me, that name means more than Shammyrock. I expect Shammyrock feels more or less the same way about my name.
