valks on LK H question

hello ,

I have a question about the LK H encounter .

as a warlock I used to stand on the edge of the platform and let the valk grab me so I could teleport back . at this point the valk just went away .

will this work on Heroic LK fight as well ?

I imagine at this point you can stand on the edge and just nuke LK during the transition phases and burn him into the next phase... thereby avoiding valks and defiles. It was almost possible to do when I quit 3 weeks into Cata so by now it should be more than plausible.

sadly , our entire server is slow on progression . only 4 guilds downed norm raggy so far and LoD realm first was 3 monthes ago (a month after grand crusader ..)

Heh, sometimes I wish our guild would switch to one of these realms wait out the delay and snatch up all the lovely realm firsts

Yep, It was one of the best classes in H LK to have in those days too.

I think blizz made it so you aren't eligible for server firsts until 3 months go. That's crazy that those ach's were still there tho.

I'm quite certain that the Val'kyr does not "go away" as you asked, but proceeds to fly up into the air and throw shadow bolts at you. If your question is if you can port - yes. Does the Val'kyr go away - no.
