    Desktop Rear Fan - 4 pins?

    Hey guys! I bought a desktop fan, and when i tried to mount it, it had a 4 pin connector when the one in the mobo is a 3 pin? what to do?

    It should still fit on that 3 pin and work properly, just insert it so the "slots" on the fan pin fits the mobo, should leave 1 pin outside.

    Just connect it and let the blue cable be "outside". It should still work properly. The forth pin (blue wire) is to a fan-controller probably included on the fan or just an added resistor to reduce the RPM.
