Just made my first Wow vid on youtube, Small problem tho :S

Hey guys, so i made my first video and now that its on there it has this big thick black boarder around it

Im using Windows live movie maker, and i used fraps to record.

How can i fix this, so i can re upload ?

Make sure you use the new Windows Live Movie Maker, and set the project to 16:9 first before starting. If you have Windows XP and can't get the new WLMM you're screwed and need to get some real video editing program.
