I have an annoying cooldown mod...what could it be?

I know these are supposed to be put in the sticky thread, but it will be 1000 times easier to just post a link to a screenie than describe it, it came bundled with Duffed UI, it sits in the middle of my screen and tracks only silences/interupts.

Frequently see Silencing Shot and strangulate, and they appear to be from random targets in range.

That's the link, you can see it hovering over my rogues name, had a guildie strangulate me to show what I mean, however this is not just tracking my target's cooldowns, it appears to be at random, and obviously, I have only seen it in pvp thus far, any ideas? There is no information I can find on the tukui forums in the duffed section.

It says on the DuffedUI page that these are the included mods:

- Tukui (+Raid & Raid_Healing)
- Tukui_ClassTimer
- Tukui_ConfigUI
- Tukui_InterruptIcons
- Duffed

Could it be Tukui_InterruptIcons?
