I imagine with the X/Y sequel or remake of a generation we will get some new mega evolutions. I believe at one point they said they would add more mega evolutions as time went on, but I could be wrong on that.

I'm sure they will. Seems odd to just stop it after one game. The whole theory behind them is present in the game and anime too.

The question is, what pokemon do you hope get one.

I hope it's less loved and used pokemon, rather than ones like blaziken and scizor which are in heavy use. Ones like Ampharos, absol, mawhile, etc.

Since Gengar and Alakazam have one, I hope golem and Machamp get one, along with Sceptile and Swampert.

Otherwise, not too other than ones that could benefit from it. A mega evolution won't do much for a pokemon with a limited movepool like pidgeot, but it could do wonders for pokemon like ariados, carnevine, beautifly, and magcargo.

I see them adding Mega Evolutions to more starters in the next installment of the series. Maybe in the Gen 3 remake we're due for we'll see Mega Swampert and Sceptile to go with Mega Blaziken.

Repel Tricking with a lvl 7 lead pokemon to try and find more Azurills so I can shiny hunt on Kalos Route 22.

Azurill is meant to be the most common pokemon on that route out of the pokemon which can be lvl 7.

I guess Milotic. It has less weaknesses and good special defense. Marvel scale can work to your advantage well if you have it too.

That's true, they said that. More megas will be added with later releases.
