Mega Rayquaza does not mega evolve with an item, it just needs Dragons Ascent. So yes, it can hold a life orb. Ubers is seriously scary as fuck in ORAS, you can have both primals and mega rayquaza on the same team!

Yep, but now Destruction has by far the most garbage AoE in the entire game...
Also Monk nerf to Rising Sun Kick... As if Monk didn't already have crap enough survivability, worthless heals in PvP (WW and BrM), and crappy damage. Ugh.
Think I might be staying DK the entire expansion if it stays like this. Monk damage is only high in PvE because of Touch of Death and that is ONLY below 10%, and even then that counts for around 50% of a Monks damage on a boss. Yet this means nothing in PvP, so our damage there is pathetic. I just wish they reverted ToD back to what it was in MoP, also Fists of Fury, because this "needs a target and in melee range" thing sucks so much for PvP. Ugh... so sad to see my favourite class be like this.

Alternatively I could roll Druid again like I was all those years pre MoP, but I haven't played them in so long...

But it's not a pokemon from someone else, it is still from you. Technically, SR is getting it from someone else as Birch gives you your starter.
