What to play in time of waiting for SW:TOR?

Ok, so basically I tried WoW on private servers, got to 80s (Warlock) and doing fine, then tried it on Global (Venture CO). I've never got to 85, was rather bored with levelling the toon (a Warrior). Tried few alts but have no real idea why should I play, when all that you've got to do is grind for new gear with every incoming patch. I don't like this, I'm rather casual and I wanna have fun playing.

Right now I'm waiting for SW:TOR (sw geek am i!) and looking for something to play during the wait.
It could be a free MMO, or an MMO with a trial, or a game for PC (Core2Duo 5000+ 2x2,6ghz, 2gb ram, 1gb geforce8600).
Anyone?

I have been playing Bastion, Terraria, Batman Arkham Asylum(getting ready for Arkham City) and Path of Exile(Closed Beta). RIFT has a trial and is very similar to WoW and Deus Ex Human Revolution is a great PC game.
