    1) The i5 760 is a generation old along with the motherboard you selected. You want an i5 2500k and a p67 or z68 socket 1155 motherboard.
    2) The GTX470 is a generation old video card you want the GTX570.
3)The Seagate Barracuda is a sloppy drive when compared to the Samsung Spinpoint F3 or Western Digital Caviar Black for 1TB drives.
    4) Unless you plan to SLI at some point the TX750 is overkill for this system and you can drop down to a 500W model. Otherwise if you plan to SLI keep the 750.

Hi OP; whats your budget? What are you playing? Where you from? Also can you build it yourself? Yes we can help you.
The system you choose is a bit outdated.. If you like the case we could build something better around it.
    Looking for your reply!

I agree with Culadin, my proposed setup for you -

    Custom build by Uggorthaholy

    moboMsi P67, SLi/CF ready – $129.99
    cpuIntel i5 2500K – $219.99
    ramCorsar 1600 MHz Vengeance Low-Profile 2X4GB – $57.99
    gpuTwin Frozr GTX 570 – $349.99
    hdd1Samsung Spinpoint 1TB – $59.99
    osWindow 7 Home Premium 64-Bit – $99.99
    psuCorsair 80+ 650w – $84.99
    sinkCorsair A70 – $41.42
caseCooler Master HAF 912 Mid Tower – $59.99

    Final Price – $1104.34
Note that certain parts can be changed in/out for personal preference, ESPECIALLY the case. I do not include SSD’s because I am not comfortable/knowledgeable enough to recommend them with any form of confidence

If you don't plan on going with SLi, then you can drop the mobo down a tick even. If you do, up the PSU to 750w.

    This one's good.
Haven't heard anything about corsair force but I know crucial m4 is a good ssd.

Corsair Force series is based on the original Sandforce SF1200 chips, ie. it's SATA2 disc with 280/250 mbps rated speeds and don't have any known quality issues.

if you are going to self build, then the system I linked above leaves room for a nice keyboard, mouse, and 2 very nice monitors for your rig. You could also upgrade the GTX 570 to

    gpuTwin Frozr GTX 580 – $494.99

In which case I would highly recommend going up in PSU to

    psuCorsair 80+ 750w modular – $129.99
    or even
    psuCorsair 80+ 950w – $154.99
    to future proof for SLi

Link for the second PSU directs to a 6950 Twin Frozr. I suppose you meant that right
