Cataclysm Mouse

I have been using this mouse for a month or so and, for a while, buttons 8 and 9 haven't been working. Yes, every other button is useable, I have Disabled/Cleared all but the left click, right click and scroll buttons so I can put the others to skills/macros. Yes, everything is enabled.

All I want to know is what I should do to get those two buttons working again.

Sounds like it needs to be cleaned, I know it's new but sometimes new mice are super sensitive to dust and grime, I have the reg. WoW mouse (they gave me a few for free, I'll be using them forever lol) and every now and then you just gotta get under / around the buttons with a toothpick and some compressed air.

It's either that or you just got a bad one, that's how I ended up with a few - complained to the right person via the right medium and I ended up with 2 brand new ones and one of their prototype Steel Series Shift keyboards + a 24" mousepad.
