Paladin level 70 twink, retri or prot?Specs and advice wanted

So I have been thinking of making a level 70 paladin twink for arenas and maybe some BGs, I will be playing with my friends (priest/mage).

Prot is the obvious BG spec, but I am thinking about arenas (mostly 3v3 but also some 2v2). In arenas the prot survivability does not seem to matter since they will just target your partner. While on the other hand retri has low survivability for yourself but great heals for your partners with selfless healer. I have no idea what the damage is like for the two specs, but I´d have to assume ret has higher burst than prot. So I am asking for your advice on which spec to choose. I am fairly new to paladins and my paladin is level 55 lvling as prot.

Also if retri, which of these specs will provide the higher damage (prot spec is pretty straight forward):

Note: Hand of sacrifice, AW and inquisition are not available at level 70 and the level 70 pvp gear offers almost no haste.
