Aether recruitment is open!
We now need a few raiders and they can be from the following classes/specs:
Only Exceptional players considered
Currently full, although we're always looking for exceptional players
Note that 5-line applications won't do it and we expect you to know your gear/specs and show this to us.
We excpect full knowledge of your class, and you must be able to atleast understand English very well, though it is preferable that you speak it fluently too, being able to understand stuff the raid leader tells you instantly is a huge requirement.
We demand that our members read up on tactics and watch videos of all upcoming fights and do their best to contribute to progression.
Gear is just a tool to down new bosses, server first is the aim.
If your class isn't mentioned and you think you are highly skilled and we can not live without you in our raid force, feel free to apply as any class/spec.
Skill and raid awareness is #1 to us.
What sets us apart from your average top guild is our sane raiding hours, we only raid 3-4 times a week, 4 hours a raid. We expect our raiders to attend 4/3-4 of these. Raids are Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday 20:00-24:00 Game Time.
Our aim is servers 1st and to have fun doing it.
With the fairly high demand in setup for 10-man raiding, there is some rotation based on that.
Equally skilled players rotates for the same spot.
