Was just wondering if anyone has done this before. Did anyone solo heal raggy on normal before?
Did it just for fun :] Logs: worldoflogs.com/reports/cvndlbghdigw2bzt/sum/healingDone/

The ragnaros encounter is really not a test for healers. It's all about dps in the encounter.
Our Druid did it a couple times when we didn't use another healer on our clear night. His HPS was lower, I believe. Maybe we didn't take as much damage
Fixed it further. The ragnaros encounter is really not a test for healers. It's all about dps in the encounter.
Mod Edit: Oh wait, no you didn't. But, really, don't do that. - Buckwald

Haha good job, thats pretty awesome tbh
I remember Paragon's big 10 man post mentioning that it wouldn't be surprising to see a resto druid solo heal heroic rag before t12 is over.
We have heroic content on farm and it is not hard to heal, at all especially if you have exprience healing the heroic 10 man version. The 25 man heroic enounter is being 3 healed by our druid, pally, and disc priest. Druids ftw though.
Its not too difficult because there is no dangerous raid damage unless a player screws up. It's pretty much spam the tanks, and hit WG/RJ on the raid between casts when you can spare it. The only tricky part is p2 when moving for seeds the tanks can dip pretty low. Don't expect to do it in a pug when keeping boss debuffs up is the exception rather than the rule you see from pug tanks.
Not really solo healing when you have a few Tranq's and a Prot Pala using WoG...
Wow, that must've been nerve-wracking. Good job

Was totally expecting this to be a druid and not a paladin. Nice work.
I totally got my other healers to go DPS for this and see if I can do it.
Just more fuel to the fire and proof to ppl that dont get how much dmg can be avoided and the difference between higher end raids and other groups. Having the extra dps will push phases faster and allow you to skip a lot of dmg also but the real trick is not getting hit by stuff in the first place. Nicely dont solo healing any current content is impressive and everyone has to play well to make it happen.

must be nice to have 8 dpsers on a 10m fight!
