I am wanting to change realms with my friends from horde to alli, we are looking for a realm that does a lot of pugs as i dont have time do raids the same time the guild do it. So can people just tell me some good EU pugging realms please, thank you.

Check that list out. The higher a realm is ranked, the better the overall progression on it is. Just have a look at the faction ratio as well, keep in mind that servers where the majority play horde might not be that great for alliance even though it's ranked highly. As an additional note I can say that both Ravencrest and Silvermoon are great for pugging raids on alliance side, speaking from personal experience. There is never really a lack of players, though you will not be killing Ragnaros in a pug there any time soon I'd think.
