wow crashing in game. please help!

Hi all. My game crashes mostly during:

    1) when i am in city just randomly chatting
    2) in party: when arena, BG proc and i clicked to go in...the screen switches to loading and it will crash. i try to fly to middle of no where, started the que for arena, it will still crash from time to time.

p.s. usually in raid (boss or trash), it is less likely or have never crashed actually.

i updated my video card driver and etc. i am not sure what other info to give here would be helpful for u guys to help diagnose.

    An access violation huh.
Could be bad ram... or high temps.

Run a memory test on your computer using MemTest86 +. Also delete your WTF/Cache/Interface folders.

Possible the issue is your video memory or desktop memory.
