I really dont know what to do anymore!

For about the past 8 months, ive had this flat mate living with me, he virtually has done nothing but sit on his butt, playing his laptop, playing MY PS3, watching the TV , staying up till 4am, waking up around midday, repeating the events, chats to girls who look extremely young, Look up Porn constanley, Has no respect to my neighbours, doesnt help around teh house, smokes, drinks and ends up repeating it.

Ive cut him so much leeway, that its gotten to the point where, i want him out, cause hes not paying his way and its annoying the crap out of me.

Ive gone to RTA and followed their procedure, ive givin him the notice to request him to leave, but hes taken it as a joke and wont leave, ive spoken to Dept of housing they wont help, and refered me to the police.

Funny thing is, his parole officer isnt really happy with what hes done and logged a report top the cops since what hes been looking at and the girls hes been chattin to is considered as a violation of parole.

The cops said that they cant help and refered me to the court house to get a "Warrant of Pocession" and thats gonna cost $500 AU just to get done.

So im out of ideas!

why not just let him leave in his own time, if you force him to go your just going to cause more trouble, and he probably isnt that bad to be around, sounds like the type of guy that could be handy if things get rough

1) Set up a way for him to get out of the house. Have someone invite him to dinner, or a club. Whatever gets him out for a while.
2) Change the locks.
3) Profit.

First off.

Cutting him leeway should have not happened. When you cut somebody leeway for doing absolutely nothing it will reinforce the individuals lazy behavior and encourage it further, you should have been harsh on him earlier on regardless of if it would cause problems between you two because it would be worth the risk. If he changed, not only would he thank you, life would've been better for both of you. If he didn't then you could have kicked him out and saved money sooner.

As what others said, you'll have to change the locks or pay the $500. If he begins freaking out on your doorstep threatening you well then you can call the Police and they'll have to do something.

That's the thing. His own time might be in ten years from now if he seriously lets him leave in his own time.

If you don't believe me then I just pray you never meet a person like that with your out-look on it or else you will be taken advantage of endlessly. :P
