Macro with a timer reset?

I want to be able to cast all of my mage ward/buffs in a row on 1 button with a 10 second reset timer so.. mana shield, mage ward, ice barrier, molten armor as an example. If this is possible let me know thanks. Or if you have a similar macro you would recommend for casting all buffs that would work.
