Drunken Master 2 with Jackie Chan at his best.
Ip Man 1 and 2 with Donnie Yen has also some amazing fight scenes
The Protector and Ong Bak 2 with Tony Jaa have some great fights too.

Ip man was quite brilliant I think. I also love some of Jackie Chans older work, especially the Drunken Master movies.
Way too many awesome examples of the genre out there. Tossing some Masked Avengers, Iron Monkey, Young Master, Super Ninjas, Big Boss, and Ten Tigers from Kwangtung into the mix.
Need Roll - 1 for [Bright Pink Imbued Mageweave Banana-Hammock] by Ayirasi

Lightning. It flashes bright, then... fades away. It can't protect. It only destroys
Wow, shocked noone has mentioned the greatest martial arts movie of all time, Enter the Dragon.
Kill Bill
Hero
Kung Fu Hustle
I wish Hollywood would pump out more Martial Arts movies.
Ong bak, Enter the Dragon and Ip man are all the obvious awesome ones.
I also really enjoyed certain bits of Never Back Down. Okay, a bit of a clichéd storyline, but lets face it, we aint watching a martial arts film for story, are we? It had some decent fight scenes, including some bits that really made me go 'Oooh, fuck', and, I would argue, some really good character progression in there too. Its almost as if the last fight didn't need to even be in there, because by this point it was no longer about revenge or anger ect.
Also has an AWESOME training montage. And I love me a good training montage.
1. 36th Chamber of Shaolin
2. Fearless
3. The Legend of Drunken Master with Jackie Chan
4. The Protector with Tony Jaa (not the Jackie Chan version)
5. IP Man
I need to watch 8 Diagram Pole Fighter and 5 Deadly Venoms as these sound familiar but I don't remember the films specifically.
