Elders is recruiting for Ragnaros progress and 4.3! The guild is 100% Swedish and thats what we talk in guildchat and Ventrilo duuring raids.
We are a 10 man guild on Skullcrusher with some well experienced players from the previous expansions as well as in Cataclysm.
Our progress so far in Firelands is 7/7 Normal and 6/7 Heroic with Ragnaros himself left to kill.
We got the Realm first Ragnaros Normal kill.
In 4.3 we are looking to become more Hardcore and we might raid up to 7 times a week duuring progress.

All classes are welcome to apply. Our Core members are willing to reroll if it turns out that an applicant are skilled enough to compeed for a spot.
Will be more days & Times during progress and might be less during farm.
Requirements:
• Attendance: We want all our players to maintain atleast a 90% Attendance so that we can have a fairly small roster and don't get forced to bench players. If you’re not active enough we will have to fill up your spot with someone else.
• Perfection: The ability to think on your feet and have thorough knowledge of your class. This includes good knowledge of rotations, spells and abilities, the right gemming, enchants, glyphs, BiS gearing, etc.
• Experience and gear: We require you to have good knowledge of the encounters in Firelands and have the gear to be able to be of significant aid to the rest of the raid.
• A stable mental environment: We are a very friendly guild with social people both in and outside of raids, our vent server will always be open for chatting and on off-days we use to set up some Rated BG's and Arenas. We do not have an age limit but we requier all our members to be mature enough. The age diffrence is very big and i believe it goes from 17 to 40.
• Ventrilo 3.0: Elders uses Ventrilo 3.0 to communicate with each other during a raid. It is required by all of our applicants to have it installed and have a working mic.
• Having fun: We want our raids to be enjoyable, and we try to make our members as comfortable and content as possible with the raiding environment.
