It's obvious after seeing the Tier 13 design that Blizzard agrees the only real mages are Gnomes. All other races can GTFO!

My only real problem is that it feels out of place. I think this could've gone with the Argent Tourney raid in an alternative reality where Blizz put forth more effort to making the armor sets instead of having 4 armors that are just recolored.
It's cool looking. I like it. I just feel that one is going to be the oddball set. :S

After listening to 4 hours of guild chatter about how the headlights(huehuehue) look and how 'Deathwing is a nighttime encounter so we better stack mages for spotlights." shit and the fact that I don't like it that much(Helm is my only issue, everything else looks fine) I will be mogging this set.
Warlords lvl 60 pvp set or Heroic T11 imo.

I like the design. Very steampunk-like, so i'd say it fits gnomes beter then anyone else.

T13 is going to look AWESOME on gnomes, gobbos and draenei (if only there would be a purple recolour).
