Heart of Rage ICD tracker with Power Auras

Does anyone have a Power Aura for tracking the Heart of Rage (HoR) ICD? I can't get one to work properly.

I've played with this trying to track the Nature's Grace ICD for my wife.

The problem I've found with ICD's is that they don't seem to show how much time they have left on them. They are server side on/off debuffs.
And PAC doesn't have a much needed "start at X and count backwards" type timer, so I haven't figured out a good way to do it. (and I banged my head against the wall for several hours trying...)

If anybody has any suggestions, please chime in.
