tbh in wotlk i would have left, but healers mana can actually go down now in cata so i would kill them, will take a little longer than usual, but doable. use to run 2x healer in wotlk and it was impossible to kill us because mana was unlimited in wotlk

At low rating I'd probably beat on them for about 10 minutes before giving up and simply re-queuing. At higher ratings fight until death.

I'd try to kill them, who knows maybe they got bad gear. If they are skilled and have good gear it's impossible to kill though and you may aswell leave, you will however only find these newbs at lower ratings, cause higher rating people will just sit and wait the 45min and hope for a disconnect, at which point the healer/healer teams get bored really fast as every game is just afk marathon and they decide to stop playing it.
