Trinket + AMS macro

I know I am bad at this stuff^^

I just wanna make a simple macro, that will
#1 Use "Anti-Magic Shell"
#2 Use "Mirror of Broken Images" (TB trinket) IF AMS is on cd

If its possible, I wanna show tooltip on the current spell/trinket that will be cast upon use of macro

/cast Anti-magic Shell

Simple castsequence with a "reset" criteria should work. Something like:

/castsequence reset=45 Anti-Magic Shell, Mirror of Broken Images

Its good that ppl know what they talking about AMS dont have a gcd, so that will have me to use both @ same time..
