Help me and my terra bad DPS please..

I'm a warrior in a very awesome raiding guild.. We are 7/7 normal I know no big deal, we have three 10man groups who run regularly.. I'm normally the tank I love tanking its fun.. Well I got all 359 and + gear very quickly so I started slowly getting DPS gear over time.. Now I have very nice set of DPS gear..

So my problem is I've come to like doing DPS but I can barely get past 13k during boss fights with flask, buff food, and everything.. I’ve redid my talents, glyphs rotation, reforged, and I can't break 13k.. I have done everything by (noxxic.c0m) for arms, my rotation is on point everything or so I think.. So please if anyone has a idea of something a may be over looking please help me its driving me crazy.. I'm a amazing tank but it would benefit me and my guild if I could provide another service..

Feel free to ask me question I would post a armory but my tank gear only shows.. 377 IL and (9600GS on DPS set) Thank you for any advice or help yall may provide me or my guild..

Log out in your dps gear or show it too us somehow. Can't really help you out without it.
