You don't have to, it refills itself. It just has a short cooldown between uses. And no, it doesn't bother me. It means I can use it all year if I so desire.

Yesss I love it. It's purple ^_^ and you can actually use it throughout the year, unlike the blue, green, and yellow one.

I think the Brewfest Stein this year is a bit different from the earlier ones, as it is named Overflowing Purple Brewfest Stein, and not Empty. So I don't really think it is bugged.

I think the difference is that you have to actually do the ram quest first this year...and then get the quest for the stein...try that took me a while too...
