About Us

Insight is a Progression-oriented, Alliance raiding guild on the US-Medivh server whose focus is on 25-man content. Formed October 9th of 2007, Insight is well known and established on Medivh as one of the premier end-game raiding guilds. We hold server firsts such as the Guild Level 25, Heroic Mimiron aka Firefighter and the subsequent server first opening of Algalon's chamber and Glory of the Icecrown Raider 25man. While our main focus is raid progression, we like to accomplish the tasks in a relaxed atmosphere where we feel it's easy to have fun and enjoy yourself. As testament to that, our raiding schedule only spans over three days; Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday between 6:45PM EST until 11:00PM EST.

Our established core of GM's have assured Insight's stability and success over the past 4 years and plan to continue for years to come, even outside of the World of Warcraft. Our success is due to the core having the same goal as our raiders, and that's collaboratively progressing through content in order to beat the game. We also offer the usual incentives such as repairs, enchanting and crafting mats, feasts and flasks for raiders and a long lasting relationship with all the members within' the guild.

About You

We are looking for mature, dedicated players who are knowledgeable and posses the personal drive to be the best player they can be. If you are a player who is enthusiastic about their class, can adjust and play well in a charged environment while keeping your wits about you, you’re just the kind of person we’re looking for. It is also expected that you know how to handle yourself in a professional and candid manner. We are also looking for people that are committed to being a long term raiding member, as we do not over recruit or recruit for the bench. If accepted, you will be expected to start raiding with us immediately.

Application Process

If you are pleased with what you have read about us, then you are ready to submit an application to the guild. Since we only recruit members we believe have the knowledge and skills to accomplish the goals of our guild, your application will be considered over a few days. Meanwhile you may be asked questions about your character and even your personality through your application thread of the forum. Please be sure to spend your time carefully while answering the questions. First impressions are everything on an application and every answer you give on your application thread will determine whether we will proceed with an interview over ventrilo or decline your application.

When you are slated to receive an interview, a specific time and date will be set. Generally after raid time. The interview lasts roughly 20 minutes and is the final screening process before being accepted into the guild. Making sure you are awake and prepared to answer or ask questions is essential to being accepted. If all goes well, you will be extended an invite. All applicants are expected to be available to receive a guild invite within' three days of the invitation. Once you have joined the guild you are expected to be ready and available to raid immediately.
