About us
Desecration is an international 10-man raiding guild on Ragnaros EU. Most of our guild members are playing WoW together from early-TBC times. We are mainly focusing on endgame content and the competition it has to offer. Our main goal is to keep our roster tight and achieve as much as we possibly can in a short period of time. Because of unexpected roster changes during Tier11 our progress wasn't as good as we planned, but we are ready to step up with it during Firelands and we are looking for a few more single-minded people to join us.
Raiding schedule
During times of active progression Desecration raids Sunday through Thursday 19:00 to 23:00 CET with Friday and Saturday being off days. From time to time you are expected to raid even outside these hours if needed. However, our raiding schedule is drastically different during the farm period and we raid 1-2 days depending on what suits our raiders best.

Discipline Priest, preferably with Shadow off-spec and gear.
DPS Death Knight
We are only looking for exceptional players with close to 100% attendance. Even if your class isn't listed above, please do apply if you feel that Desecration might be a guild for you.
Our ideal applicant would meet the following criteria:
Age: You must be at least 18 years old. There are no exceptions to this and you must be able to have enough control of your time.
Personality: First of all, we are interested in mature people only. We value reliable, intelligent,
responsible and honest people. Drama queens, loot #@!%$ will find themselves booted out immediately. You must be open to constructive criticism without taking it personally. You are expected to learn from your own mistakes fast and contribute in a meaningful way while learning new encounters. We are not looking for people that use the anonymous nature of the internet as an excuse to miss raids or be late for them. Motivation plays an important role in our guild, so you shouldn't lack initiative while raiding and always strive to become better. On top of that, you shouldn't get offended easily when someone throws a silly joke towards you.
Skill: We want people that have perfect situational awareness and play close to mistake-free. Having PvE experience from previous expansions or high arena experience is a huge plus. We expect our applicants to play all their specs at reasonable level if it's needed.
Gear: Your gear should be somewhere around our current progression level. You don't need to be told to gem or enchant it with the best things on the market. Despite of that, we don't think gear is the most important thing in Azeroth, but we believe it's a good way to see the effort you put into your character.
Communication: A working Mumble client and microphone is necessary if you want to join. You must have decent English knowledge, in both written and spoken form.
